Reservation Policy
Our goal is to provide you with an upscale beauty salon experience unlike any other. To ensure that you receive the extraordinary results you desire, we enforce policies that every client must agree to receive a service at Headline Hair Salon.
We value your time and the time of all our clients, so a deposit is required to secure your slot. The deposit will be deducted from the total service cost upon completion of your appointment.
This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a same day cancellation or in the case of a no-show. This policy is in place to ensure that we can continue offering the best possible service and availability to all our clients.

Cancellation Policy
We strive to provide our clients with the highest quality service and therefore must protect the time of our service providers and respect the scheduled appointment times. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- 24 HOURS: We kindly ask for a 24-hour cancellation notice for all services.
- SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS:
- Same day cancellations result in a forfeited deposit.
- NO SHOWS: If you do not show up for your appointment, without contacting the salon, you will automatically receive a strike. 3 strikes will result in a required 70% deposit for all future appointments.
- DEPOSITS: All deposits are
non-refundable.
Right to Service
Service providers reserve the right to refuse service to clients that pose a danger to staff/stylists and/or other clients or if the requested service is harmful to the client or their hair or for other reasons at the management’s discretion.
Late Arrivals
At Headline, your hair and your time is our top priority. Being on time is greatly appreciated to ensure a consistent and quality service, as well as a courtesy to other clients. Please note that late arrivals may be subject to longer waiting time, a change of service offerings or a rescheduling of your appointment. Please plan to be on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please inform the Front Desk at 410-799-4415 so we can notify your stylist.
Headline Kids
Headline welcomes children with open arms, and we want to keep your child’s safety a priority. ALL CHILDREN under 16 years old receiving services must have a parent or guardian present throughout the duration of their service. We recommend that children visit only when receiving services so that there is undivided attention between clients and stylists. We understand that it might not always be possible to get childcare during your appointment but be mindful that the salon environment contains sharp objects, hot tools, and chemicals potentially dangerous to unattended children.
Extra Guests
Extra guests/customers are not allowed in the styling areas, shampoo station or drying station unless being serviced but are welcome to wait in the waiting area.
Clothing Protection/Personal Items
We provide capes to protect your clothes during your appointment. However, even with a cape, there’s always a risk of color or hair products getting on your clothing. There is a clothing hanger to hang up items such as cardigans, jackets, scarves, etc. Headline Hair Salon will not be held liable for any damaged or lost clothing or personal items.
Guarantee of Service
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your service, please notify us within 2-3 days of your initial service date. We will request you come in so our stylists can take a look at your hair. No refunds or credit for service will be given but we want our clients to be 100% satisfied so please notify the Front Desk at 410-799-4415 if you have any concerns so that we can resolve them quickly. No free adjustments to services will be made after the 2-3 day period.
Gratuity
Gratuity/tip is not included in any service, package, or gift card. As always, gratuities are discretionary and always appreciated. We do not offer cash back, but you do have the option to add a tip to your card.
Retail Products
All sales are final. All retail items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Confidentiality/Privacy Policy
Online bookings are through a secure site and credit card information is not visible in the client profile. Personal data collected is for information notification such as email and text confirmations, generic feedback purposes, and electronic receipts.
Accepted Forms of Payments
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple & Google pay, cash and non-expired Headline Hair Salon issued gift cards.
We do NOT accept personal checks, money orders, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App or PayPal.
